EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Board game geeks—we’re looking for Triangle based game creators who want to show off their impossibly fun game mechanics, creative game design or killer game concept.

Board Game Showcase 2011 will feature locally created games in the following categories:

• Card games
• Strategy games
• Board games
• Social games
• Student-created games

Showcase, test and raise awareness for your game. We’re looking for any analog game that doesn’t require mobile phones or digital equipment. Your game will be played alongside dozens of other locally created games.

VIDEO GAME SHOWCASE AND TOURNAMENT

DIGITAL MOTION SHOWCASE
entry deadline: August 7, 2011

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

The geekSPARK Digital Motion Showcase will feature interactive video, projection mapping, video art, audio, and creative applications of electronic sensors. The exhibit will highlight local creativity and talent at the intersection of art, software, video, audio, and electronics.
