Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement by Bob Boyd
Looking for more fun and/or freedom for dance? How comfortable are you with the freedom in your pelvis, hips or lower back? How flexible do you feel? Would you like more? You can have more power, ease and joy in movement with this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson. Ages 10 and up; no experience required.

Modern Dance Technique by Autumn Mist Belk
This modern technique class is suitable for intermediate and advanced dancers ages 18 and up. The class emphasizes correct anatomical alignment while concentrating on moving through space with quick, precise directional changes. Participants will also learn pieces of Code f.a.d. Company’s current repertory!

Jazz Dance Technique by Gerren Mobley
This intermediate-level, high-energy jazz class suitable for dancers ages 14 and up. Jazz fundamentals, a great ab workout, and a stylized final combination make for a fun 75 minutes of dance. Get ready to sweat!

Super Small Dances is a series of small-scale dance concerts produced in REP’s upstairs studio space. Code f.a.d. Company presents selections from their repertory, including a sneak preview of Code f.a.d. Company’s newest evening-length work Indulge. Each concert in approximately an hour long, and includes time for audience questions at the end of the show. Space is limited in the REP space, we encourage audience members to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to show-time to secure a seat.

Introduction to Partner Balancing by Kaci Torres & Katie Magee
Join AcroEntertainment to learn the fundamentals of partner balancing in a cooperative and safe environment. Class begins with a group warm-up and stretch, followed by step-by-step instruction on basic partner balancing. We will learn the safe way to get in and out of poses, proper alignment, and different techniques for spotting others. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to work upside-down! Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Feel free to come alone or with a friend; we will work in groups. All ages are welcome; however, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Movement Improvisation by Autumn Mist Belk
Working alone, in pairs, and in small groups, students are introduced to the key concepts of dance improvisation through participation in a variety of spontaneous movement explorations. No previous dance or improvisation experience is necessary. Come in comfortable clothing and be ready to move around! Ages 12 and up.

KID’S CLOWNING by Kaci Torres & Katie Magee
All ages (4 yrs and up) are welcome to join AcroEntertainment and learn the basics of clowning! We will start with a group warm-up and stretch, followed by work with balls, masks, and of course red noses! Learn about hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, creative body expression, and audience engagement. At the end, we’ll cover a few basic partner balancing poses and cool down as a group. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

nDt Technique by Allison Daniels
nDt technique is an eclectic mix of ballet, hip-hop, ethnic and modern dance. Class will be catered to participants’ age & skill. Warm-up, center work and challenging combinations will push students toward musicality, style/technical fusion and individuality in movement. Appropriate for all skill levels; ages 8-18.

Modern Dance Technique by Jill Bradley Hall
This modern technique class is suitable for dancers of all skill levels, ages 12-18. Learn modern dance basics and progress to challenging phrase-work by the end of the 90-minute class.
