Find a sponsor? Let’s make sure we show them love in our marketing! Fill out a sponsorship form and make sure to get a digital copy of their logo so that they are represented! Sponsorship forms can be found in the drive under “Sponsorship Forms”. To access the drive, head over to the Organizer’s Corner, the link at the very bottom of this page.
Once you’ve cleared your idea, begin putting together your budget. Michelle can send you a budget form help you map out what supplies you’ll need and how much it will cost.  Remember to itemize and research the cost of each piece.  Consider finding in-kind donations where you can to save money.  To ensure you’re reimbursed on October 15th, follow the timeline:

Saturday 7/25: Submit artSPARK event budget to Michelle (items and estimated cost)

Friday 7/31: Budget finalized and submitted by Emily Catherine

Now – 9/ 16: Purchase materials and keep all receipts!

9/17 – 9/20: SPARK it up in downtown Raleigh:

9/30: Submit Reimbursement Form

10/15: Cha ching!
