We are a group of volunteers dedicated to showcasing local talent and nurturing a creative ecosystem within the NC Triangle area.

The fireSTARTERS are the managers (for lack of a better word) of the overall event and schedule. Firestarters also comprise branding, staging and green efforts folks. All of the individual SPARK teams are people embedded within various creative scenes and creating events to showcase those scenes.
