As a Community Volunteer effort, our SPARK Components are determined by those people in the public who have the energy, vision and heart to make it happen. As a result, each SPARKcon’s lineup is dependent on what Organizers take it upon themselves to do. Our job at SPARKcon is to help give Organizers the tools they need to make it happen.
