yogaSPARK is a celebration marking the International Day of Peace and showcasing the individuals and groups who practice peace through yoga, meditation and related activities. Come out to SPARKcon and experience the benefits and impact yoga and meditation can have on your life, your health, your community, and your creativity. yogaSPARK is holding classes and workshops in yoga and meditation for all ages along with dance sessions, lectures, and demonstrations.
